Child well being

Child well being is a movement and fitness program for children of all ages where they explore and discover their abilities through physical activity. Children enjoy performing a diverse range of movements including cheerleading and Tai Chi, where they think, create, construct and problem solve with their own bodies.

At Kidz R Kidz, we believe in a holistic approach to early childhood education. That’s why we’re thrilled to offer a variety of exciting programs, including regular visits from Hey Dee Ho and Little Sports Heroes. These expert teams provide a range of fitness and sports activities for children of all ages, at no extra cost.
Our goal is to help children develop essential sports and developmental skills while having a blast! Through these engaging programs, children can explore various sports, build strength and coordination, and improve their gross motor skills.
From Cheerleading to Tai Chi and Soccer, our programs offer a diverse range of movements that stimulate both mind and body. Children will learn about health, nutrition, spatial awareness, balance, core strength, aerobic fitness, and mindfulness.
